This performance art festival was initiated by locals in Mranggen village and curated by M. Haryo Hutomo that invites artists around the globe to present their works in Kampung Mranggen, Kaliwungu-Central Java through exhibition, live performance, and video screening. Not only as a celebration, this festival also tries to introduce performance art practice to another networks and communities (people in Kaliwungu), and seeks to bridge the meeting between artistic, spiritual, gender, body, humanities, scientific, and social studies that conducted by artists who participated with daily routine of people in Kaliwungu. Without a specific theme offer, this festival frees artists to explore the ideas of creation, with the aim of creating a progressive interaction and open up the possibility of alternative scenarios who offered by artists.
